Two Cups

Description

As a young Christian we all have the childish idea that the Christian life is one great blessing enjoy after another. We are concentrated on the cup of blessing promised in the word and have an insatiable appetite for more. Our desires are noted By a need to have our cup always full and running over.

However, as we grow up and Jesus we realize there is another cup from which we must drink if we are to be his disciples. It is the cup of suffering… The same one from Jesus had to drink. That cup is the surrendering of our lives to be used ( or abused) in Gods plan for others.
