Description
A battle between spirit and flesh rages within us. How to conquer and be the victor in this good fight of faith against fleshly desires is thoroughly taught. Paul say it well in Romans 7:21-24, “ I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man; but I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am!”
What we are told by Jesus, who battled and won the victory, is presented in a way to impart hope and belief in his shed blood to give us what we need to overcome and win the war.
