ENCOURAGEMENT
In light of recent events, I urge every believer to invest more time, energy, and resources to renew our minds by declaring key Scriptures which highlight the eternal benefits of choosing to walk by faith and not by sight. Give your attention to Him Whom the world chooses to ignore. Remember what He did for us nearly 2000 years ago. He took our place of punishment once and for all.
We can be totally confident He ever lives to make intercession for us as we meditate upon His sufferings. He was betrayed, illegally arrested, humiliated, falsely accused, illegally tried and sentenced, despised, rejected, tormented, scourged, beaten, stricken, smitten, and forsaken by God and man. Greater love hath no man than this that a Man lay down His life for His friends. We choose daily to submit to His good, acceptable, and perfect will for us. We resist the lies and distractions of the enemy who must flee from us every time we resist Him.
CHARGE
- Let us arise to a much higher level of confidence in Him now by choosing what we see, hear, and say!
- Give no place to the enemy.
- Begin each day by singing the high praises of the One Who has proven His deep affection of us!
- Expect to see Him openly reward you for every act which confirms your confidence in Him.
- Believe as Enoch long ago. Believe Your faith greatly pleases Him. Believe He has prepared so much for you and your loved ones to enjoy each day.
- He will not deny your confidence its just reward!
TESTIMONY
Jesus became my Lord and Savior on February 5, 1974 when my Sister Shirley personally introduced me to Him through His Word. I believe the most important decision a born-again Christian can make is to pay attention to what our loving heavenly Father commands us to do in Hebrews 10:35: “Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.”
We must not permit anything or anyone to discourage our faith in Father’s limitless ability to reward us. Since October 1991, it has been a great honor for me to train believers in Bulgaria to build up their confidence in our Father’s everlasting ability to recompense every act of our faith in His excellent character, totally effective finished Work of redemption, and totally reliable Word of promise to us.
