Description
God is not the tempter… Satan is. Temtation to do evil and break God’s laws comes only from the devil. He uses the lust of the flesh to entice us and deceive us. Temptation is not sin;even Jesus was truly tempted. It is only when temptation is acted upon that it becomes sin. And if not repented of and allowed to become a way of life, sin produces internal death.
